For our projects in Berlin, we are looking for
an architect or civil engineer with at least five years of professional experience
in service phases 6–8, to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:
- Bidding, Contract Award, and Project Supervision
for comprehensive renovations, new construction, and reuse projects as part of a team - Coordination and supervision of engineering specialists
- Cost and Schedule Planning
Your Profile:
- A successfully completed degree in architecture or civil engineering
- At least five years of professional experience as an architect or civil engineer
in service phases 6 through 8 - A passion for creating high-quality architecture
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- German language proficiency at least at the C1 level
- Experience with cost and schedule management
- Proficiency in using AVA software and MS Excel
- In-depth knowledge of the HOAI, VOB, and the BGB
- Solution-Oriented Thinking
- Strong social skills
