Offices, laboratories, and the warehouse are connected by a shared facade, yet the different areas remain clearly distinguishable. Intelligent building technology minimizes energy consumption and maintenance costs at the new corporate headquarters, while flexible building systems ensure the building’s functionality as usage requirements evolve. The customized spatial concept optimizes internal logistics while simultaneously creating a pleasant environment for employees, thereby strengthening motivation and loyalty to the company.
